Refund Policy for Diagnosis Training for Therapists

Thank you for investing in your CE classes online with us. Because our clinical training sessions have limited capacity and require significant upfront coordination, we utilize a credit-only refund policy.

Please review the details of our policy below before completing your registration.

1. Credit-Only Policy (No Cash Refunds)

We do not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds for any CE classes online. If you are unable to attend a scheduled training, your payment will be converted into a Training Credit of equal value.

  • How Credits Work: You can apply your credit toward any of our future live webinars, on-demand courses, or professional workshops within 12 months of your original purchase date.

  • Transferability: If you cannot use your credit, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or clinician within your practice at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the event.

2. Notice Requirements

To receive your training credit, you must notify us of your cancellation via email at info@tanagerinstitute.com within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Cancellation (48+ Hours Notice): You will receive a full 100% training credit to use toward a future course.

  • Late Cancellation (Less than 48 Hours’ Notice): If you cancel your registration with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a partial credit. Because we cannot easily fill your seat with another clinician on the waitlist, we cannot offer a full refund.

  • No-Shows: If you miss a live training without notifying us before the event starts, you forfeit your registration fee and we will not issue a credit.

3. Event Cancellation by the Provider

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a training due to technical failure, presenter illness, or unforeseen circumstances: You can choose between a full 100% training credit or a priority-reserved seat in the rescheduled session.

4. CEU Certificate Compliance

Please note that credit cannot be issued retrospectively if you attend a training but fail to meet the boards’ requirements for CEU certification (such as missing significant portions of the live broadcast or failing to complete the mandatory post-event evaluation).
